Anon works on any portal accessible from a standard web browser. This includes vendor portals, government systems, legacy back-office tools, and modern SaaS products that don't expose an API.
Anon supports TOTP-based MFA by integrating with your authenticator secrets, and can handle email-based one-time codes by reading from a designated inbox. SMS-based MFA support is available on the Scale plan.
Yes. Credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and never appear in workflow logs, API responses, or support tickets. Each workflow session runs in an isolated browser context that is destroyed after the run completes.
Anon uses built-in retry logic for transient failures such as slow page loads or session timeouts. If a step fails after retries, Anon reports the exact step, the error encountered, and a screenshot of the browser state at the time of failure.
Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account dashboard at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
